2. Inexplicable Tiredness

Feeling extraordinarily tired is another common spiritual awakening sign. When we are going through a kundalini rising experience, our entire energetic body is being re-wired and cleansed. Sometimes this takes an excessive amount of energy to the point where we feel physically tired even when we aren’t being very active. It is very important to take time to rest when tired and avoid being hard on oneself for feeling sleepy. I have even found that I receive vivid visions when I take time to rest when I feel inexplicably tired.

3. Electronics and Light Glitches

Before I knew I was psychic, I experienced lots of strange things around electronics and lights. Sometimes my lights would turn off without me touching the light switch. Other times, my electronics would glitch and act strangely. This happens because the increased flow of spiritual energy affects the way electronics and lights behave. So if you have been noticing lots of strange things when you’re around electronics, it is possible that you are going through a spiritual awakening.

4. Vivid Dreams

One of my favorite spiritual awakening signs are vivid dreams. When I was having my spiritual awakening (the same one that turned me from an atheist to a clairvoyant psychic medium), I would visit realms filled with crystals and angelic beings in my sleep. The dreams were larger than life, and it would seem like I was truly in a different dimension. If you are having exceptionally vivid and colorful dreams, chances are you’re going through a spiritual awakening.

5. Mystical Experiences

I had plenty of mystical experiences that could not be explained by my logical mind while I was going through my spiritual awakening. These included feeling the Holy Spirit when two girls prayed for me, as well as feeling and sensing nature spirits in the plants and rocks around me. I even had a rock telepathically communicate with me. I found it by the river and picked it up, and it told me through my thoughts that it was a quartz. When I went home and looked it up, it did indeed appear to be a quartz crystal. If you are having strange mystical experiences, you’re not crazy. You’re just going through a spiritual awakening.

6. Synchronicities

When I went through my spiritual awakening, I experienced a lot of really bizarre synchronicities. If you find that you are experiencing a lot of very strange coincidences, this is one of the spiritual awakening signs. For example, I would encounter total strangers who would tell me things like, “Did you know you’re a healer?” It happened way too often to be a pure coincidence, and at the time I did not know I was a healer, so I thought it was exceptionally strange. 7. Seeing 11:11

Are you seeing 11 everywhere? During my spiritual awakening, I saw 11:11 AM and 11:11 PM. I saw so many 11s that I thought I was going crazy. Now I know that this is a spiritual awakening sign. In fact, nearly all of my Reiki clients and students have experienced seeing 11 constantly. This is a way that angels and spirit guides try to communicate with you.

8. New Interest in Spirituality and Meditation

If you are going through a spiritual awakening, you might find that you have a new interest in spirituality, religion, and meditation. One of the spiritual awakening signs for me was that I spent hours researching philosophy and metaphysics online. At the time, I did not know anyone who was interested in those topics. Eventually my path led me to California, where I met a lot of people who knew about spirituality.

9. Big Life Changes

One of the scariest spiritual awakening signs is going through major life changes. During my spiritual awakening, I had big life changes, including relocation, extreme health challenges, changing friends, and job loss. If you are noticing that many things in your life seem to be falling apart, know that this is one of the 10 common signs of spiritual awakening. It may be tough to handle at the moment, but eventually, you will be able to look back and see that your spirit guides were helping to arrange your life in a new way that better fits your own spiritual path.

10. Physical Sensations at the Crown

The last spiritual awakening sign on this list is feeling physical sensations at the crown. Often our spirit guides will communicate to us, and when we are new to the spiritual path, they may need to adjust the energy at our crown chakra to get through. Many of my clients and students experience headaches or feelings of tension at the crown. If you notice an inexplicable physical sensation at your crown, concern consider that it might be a spirit guide.
