Reiki distance healing is a great way to amplify health and clear blocks in your energy field, especially during this time of coronavirus, when many of us are choosing to stay home and making our health our first priority. Reiki energy (ki) flows from the practitioner’s hands to the recipient, and it can bring healing even without needing to be physically present together.
Reiki II Includes Learning How to Send Reiki Distance Healing
It is always exciting to teach Reiki II. When we practice sending Reiki, we have the recipient go into another room, and we treat them through a proxy. It is fun to see the recipient return and hear them share their experiences. Most often they know exactly where we were sending energy, and they feel relaxed and calm.
